  • Decreased the total amount of overtime by 10 hours be separating different SOP for the production floor by see where the problems started with the Vms (RF scan guns) moving more slow or not being able to finish any task cause of how they where set up in the first place .
  • Was able to slow down vm sprawling through effectively helping with creating a mesh network making the task at hand more easier to deal with for a over all team vs certain people be assign to clear these task . This improved the time it took to mitigate the bugs and also eliminate the unnecessary task to prevent more hours from being worked cutting over time down from 20 hours to 10 hours
