I was a second shift Group Lead and a full time MIG and TIG welder at the Columbus and Westerville Ohio plant for 5 years. We manufactured the 33.5 LB Aluminum Forklift Fuel Tank, 20,30,40 and 100 LB Steel Propane Tank. I would MIG weld the Collars and Footrings together before putting them into a lathe for the 43 Second Weld time. After assembly, cylinders would be leak tested by air and water, if found leaking it would be repaired by TIG welding the seams, leaks, pin holes or any other issues that would cause it to leak. I was also a press operator that would press the circular blanks into cylinder shape.
After transferring to Bowling Green, Kentucky in April 2022, I was in the Shipping And Receiving department where we would pull the orders that would have to be shipping to the buyers. Would unload Steel Coil Blanks from trucks using an overhead crane.
I started in April 2016 as a Landscaper and on the Mow Crew during the Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons and was on the Snow Removal Crew. The winter I was also in charge of Maintenance on the Equipment (Mowers, Tillers, Edgers, Blowers, Saws and Trimmers) and fleet of vehicles. The following Spring 2017 I became Mow Crew Supervisor and was in charge of Lawn care of high end properties and oversight of other mow crew.
Would Remove and Reinstall Automatic and Manual Transmissions. After a while I started rebuilding the Transmissions as well.
