Dumba Luwaju

My name is Dumba Luwaju. IT work has always been a strong suit of mine. During my time at VETsmart , that was my first entry level experience into the field. Working with multiple people and dealing with different technical problems daily sharpened my knowledge on certain aspects in the Field. The sales position i held with CLG group was a great way for me to step out of my comfort zone and work with AT&T. Seeing a lot of the hardware that they possessed, breaking down products, and putting them back in place helped me to get my COMP TIA A+ certification. It also helped me gain knowledge on talking about the products to where multiple walks of life can understand what they are buying. The experience that i have helped me to recieve the IT job at Quanta computer. I provide access to team members to use their login on certain applications. My experience with VETsmart helped me to function well with the mass of people at Quanta computer and work on the tickets that i recieve daily.
