• Led the store in the absence of the coffeehouse leader. Organized and equipped the team with a store action plan.

• Church-based program that exists to prepare and equip young people to fulfill their calling in ministry.
• Through the internship, I have earned my Exhorters License in the Church of God, two years of ministerial experience, and have had many opportunities to serve the congregation, lead teams in order to execute a common goal, and learn the operations of a church.

Trained and mentored staff on food preparation and customer service standards. I also assisted in maintaining cleanliness of workspace on a nightly basis.
