• I oversaw a small sector of the waterproofing side of the company.
• Structural integrity of residential homes, such as foundations, concrete piers, CMU piers, band boards, sill plates, floor joists, subfloors, sagging doors/walls, and wood and steel beams.
• Waterproofing, such as vapor barrier, sump pump installation, E-Z Flow drainage system, plumbing, all the way to full encapsulations.

• Home Remodeling Interior & Exterior

Drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, home automation, flooring, etc.

• I was responsible primarily for:

Kitchen designs and measurements, clock in/out functions for employees, Sales and contracts, purchases for the company, day to day operations.

• Day-to-day scheduling and operations for all seven crews.
• Quality control and maintaining safety guidelines while crews are working in the field.
• Document all contracted work from start to finish.
• operate heavy equipment

• Expected to have a 12-24 hour response time in case of emergency or disaster
