
I worked 4 years in a restaurant. Started out as a host, quickly learning to be a busser just a few months in. I then worked as a host and a busser simultaneously for three years until I was old enough to train for kitchen work and server positions. I then worked in the kitchen making bread and often prepping desserts or salad bars throughout the rush. I worked as an Expo and food runner, usually making bread in between slow periods.
Afterwards I was trained as a waitress and worked as an opening server, staying in that position until my final day.
