• My duties include but not limited to, Yard driver (switcher), trailer mechanic, liaison between Academy Sports and Pemberton Truck Lines.

• Supervised team of yard drivers, and assisted in moving trailers or repairing equipment.
• Addressed any conflicts or disputes among team members promptly, maintaining harmony within the workplace while ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Scheduled shifts and shift changes to accommodate workload and customer needs.
• Trained new staff on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures for rapid onboarding.

Drove yard truck from yard to pick up trailer and safely deliver to dock door to be loaded or unloaded and picked up a trailer out of a dock door and secure trailer doors and seal them as needed adjust temperature if needed on refer trailers and put trailer in correct spot within the yard. Also shuttled trailers from one job site to another.
