• Migrated successfully .NET apps hosted in the On-Prem IIS server to AWS Cloud Microservices and On-Prem SQL server migrated to the cloud PostgreSQL with 15 members team.
• Established good communication channel between Hexaware and AWS Enterprize support team to resolve the blockers
• Maintained 40% DGM and received appreciation from Client and Management team for well organized delivery.

ABInbev - Africa: June 2022 to Feb 2023

• Legacy/Monolithic .NET web based application to Microservices Architecture application in Azure Cloud platform with 12 members team.
• Maintained 45% DGM and received appreciation from Client and Management team for the dedication towards delivery.

• Led the team in Chennai and Pune and became application SME.
• Bank Custody was a modernization project to enable high net worth individuals to keep their securities in a locker of a Bank/Custodian instead of an agent like Pershing. Liaised between the bank (BNYM, custodian), Pershing, and SunGard-FIS (Bookkeeping vendor) teams to ensure a smooth flow of messages.
• Created a multi-threaded sequencing MQ channel and communicated with SunGard-FIS; this reduces cost and time by 80% of its existing design. Received Star of the year - 2017 award.
• Migrating 3270 screens to open-source screen - was part of this migration team and created a native stored procedure to communicate between front end and mainframe.
• Headed a major market value re-evaluation that is being used by the ACAM business to avoid the market crisis.
• In OMEGAMON, there is no option to trace out job completion time / ETA. Using REXX created a tool to predict ETA/Job completion time which helps us to monitor and alert the support team to avoid SLAs. Was planned to use only at ACAM, later testing support team started using it and finds it helpful.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track project status using JIRA boards and maintain the documents in Confluence page.
• Identify and document lessons learned and improvement recommendations for application in future projects.
• ACAM became the model team in Pershing to use JIRA, Confluence and everyone followed suit.
• Was asked by management to build a team in Pune by going there and training new members. Led the teams in both Chennai and Pune.
• Develop, document, tested, and implement a new product called Corestone where Pershing offers Debit cards and Cheques for Money fund account holders.
• Performed integration testing before launching applications and delivered the products with zero bugs.
• Wrote quality codes to program complete applications.
• Collaborated with other developers to identify and alleviate software errors and inefficiencies.
