This was the first of its kind and i was part of the opening team i built the inventory sheets and the ordering sheets to match.
I built relationships with our vendors that came in and did events with the members to educate on different brands of alcohol that was sold in the club.
I also built what was called the bible that broke down how to run the restaurant if someone new was in to help this included how to use computer system break down of the menu to drink recipes
In July of 2023 I started a coffee program which included a new espresso machine that is still thriving today.
This included training of all espresso drinks from cortados cappuccino to lattes and mochas
I helped build relationships with members and their families and gave a level of service of that to a country club
