FBI Hostage negotiator: Recognized nationally as a FBI crisis negotiator to deal not only with standard hostage situations but also with barricaded criminals, terrorists, and suicidal individuals; the goal continues to be to ensure that everyone emerges alive.

Principals of instruction (POI): is a two-week course that teaches Leaders from all over the base, of all jobs, how to instruct so that they can teach in-house courses, build lesson plans, and conduct a competent briefing to higher-ups and really hone their public speaking skills.


Airman Leadership School (ALS): program that consists of 169 curriculum hours. The curriculum is designed to produce a more effective supervisors and leaders for the future. Classes prepare them to lead their future teams to help support the overall mission.
