Roles & responsibilities:

1.Onboarding new and existing e-commerce merchants for a payment gateway.

2.Reviewing merchant websites, business models, documents as per business model, and MCC as per PG requirements.

3.Connecting on Teams calls with all stakeholders (such as the business team, product team, policy team, field verification team, branch team, vertical head, and merchants) as needed for onboarding aggregators, direct cases, and business models that are new to the bank.

4. Checking the merchant PAN number in the database to see whether it is associated with any reported fraud.

5.Evaluating the merchant's banking relationship with HDFC Bank to understand their portfolio, credibility, and capacity.

6. Monitoring the performance of existing merchant payment gateways, ensuring they do not exceed chargeback and fraud thresholds as per bank policy.

7. At the final stage, creating a risk grid with the correct merchant legal name, DBA name, URL, MCC code, VAS partner, and profile creation with ticket capping based on high risk and low risk for PG profile

8. Enhancing card level and floor limit in the payment gateway for merchants if they are expanding their sales or business, after verifying their invoices and other documents.

9. Monitoring NPCI alerts on UPI transactions and identifying whether the merchant is involved in any fraud or other suspicious activities.

Roles & responsibilities:

1.Analyzing red flags and alerts generated by the AML system to identify potential suspicious activity and closing alerts within the TAT.

2.Identifying and reporting unusual transaction patterns based on various scenarios defined in the system.

3.Reviewing, investigating, and reporting money laundering cases related to business and retail accounts.

4.Providing ongoing monitoring and resolving formal complaints and Financial Ombudsman Service complaints related to Financial Investigations Unit cases.

5.Responding to queries from regulators, law enforcement agencies, etc.

6.Dealing appropriately with consent refusals following the submission of SARs.

7.Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in ongoing criminal investigations initiated from the submitted SARs.

Roles & responsibilities:

1.Working on Falcon, analyzing live SBI card transactions using Vision Plus and knowledge of Falcon.

2.Monitoring alerts generated in Falcon for all bank transactions.

3.Monitoring real-time queues and high-risk transactions within the business portfolio.

4.Monitoring AML accounts and accounts flagged for AML.

5.Constantly monitoring customer and transaction records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.

6.Managing disputes, complaints from merchants, and chargebacks.

7.Resolving customer issues within existing SLAs.

8.Implementing new software tools for fraud detection, prevention, AML/KYC, and reporting activities.

9.Generating suspicious activity reports and risk management reports for managers.

10.Maintaining client confidentiality, privacy, and security.

11.Software used: Card-One and Vision Plus.

12.Fraud detection software: Falcon.

Roles & responsibilities:

1.Identifying customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever necessary.

2.Attending to customers' queries and complaints as per defined SOPs through email in a timely manner.

3.Maintaining a fast response time and high-quality communication across all customer channels.

4.Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure prompt flagging and resolution of customer issues.

5.Generating ideas and strategies to enhance customer activation, retention, and improve overall customer experience.

1.Installing and Configuring Computer Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, Scanners Resolution Via Telephone/email for Customer's End Users.

2.Talking to Clients and Computer Users to Determine the Nature of Problems.

3.Investigating, Diagnosing and Solving Computer Software and Hardware Faults.

4.Maintaining Records of Software Licenses.

5. Responding to telephone calls, emails, and assigned tickets from users; assigning work orders/incidents to appropriate personnel.

1.Escalating complex problems to appropriate support specialists.

2.Troubleshooting client software and basic network connectivity problems.
