Job Description

  • Plan/organize or contribute to effective implementation of various people Processes and initiatives across the employee life cycle (Talent Management/Development/Engagement)
  • Manage and guide a team of HR representatives, taking ownership for their Supervision, performance and career management.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with laws and regulations, and recommend best Practices
  • Reviews policies and procedures.
  • Handle talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Recruiting Candidates for the process
  • Screening Interviews (preliminary interviews)
  • Selection Testing and Coordinating final Interview with Auditors or Experts from relevant Fields.
  • Reviewing the personnel records of the Candidates.
  • Conducting Induction program for new hires in the process.
  • Set performance expectations for trainees and assess the same And raise a flag on individuals who do not meet the set criteria.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback on the same to individuals on a regular basis during Training.
