Job Description
Plan/organize or contribute to effective implementation of various people Processes and initiatives across the employee life cycle (Talent Management/Development/Engagement)
Manage and guide a team of HR representatives, taking ownership for their Supervision, performance and career management.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with laws and regulations, and recommend best Practices
Reviews policies and procedures.
Handle talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
Recruiting Candidates for the process
Screening Interviews (preliminary interviews)
Selection Testing and Coordinating final Interview with Auditors or Experts from relevant Fields.
Reviewing the personnel records of the Candidates.
Conducting Induction program for new hires in the process.
