  • At Natural Retreats I have focused on promoting and selling our event homes for weddings, private parties and corporate events. New owner onboarding has been another area of emphasis, and several of the homes I've worked with are in the process of being added to our portfolio. One of my favorite things is working with our wholesale partners to find places in the Palm Springs area for our shared clients. Music festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach are a time of the year I enjoy. Many of the festival parties we book can easily exceed 100k, and I love helping with all the details to pull off a perfect event. Our homes attract a variety of visitors, but the luxury market is where we do most of our business.

  • With Wyndham, I was responsible for greeting owners and their guests. Using gentle persuasion techniques, I secured attendance at a sales presentation, where they could learn about vacation opportunities with Wyndham and their affiliates. Additionally, I booked owner guests for future two- or three-night vacation stays that required attendance at one of our seminars. One thing that I think aided my success in this position was my deep knowledge and experience regarding the area. I always answered questions about the resort and offered my top three or four must-see locations in the area. I always made sure I was working as a team player and communicating with sales, administrators, and other representatives from marketing. I was often singled out in marketing communications as an outstanding marketer in the desert region. In Indio, it was noted that I required minimal supervision, and I was often asked to work in Palm Springs, where the marketer works more independently. My peers voted me the 'Unsung Hero' of our team for always going above and beyond, and assisting others with their pending deals.

From contributing marketing ideas to troubleshooting software with a homeowner to handling coordination of IT services to visiting executives of top corporations, I do my best to provide seamless support. The goal is to create repeat guests that come back year after year and tell their friends and family.
