Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Prepared, submitted, and ensured approval of running account bills to clients based on completed works adhering to Indian standard codes for all relevant project activities.
• Planned and scheduled projects in alignment with CPWD milestones by setting deadlines for individual activities, estimating manpower requirements, and ensuring timely completion using tools like MS Project, MS Office, and Primavera (P6).
• Developed and submitted rate analyses for deviations and extra items beyond the contractual scope, securing client approvals for project execution in line with contractual benefits.
• Coordinated with clients and project teams to provide updates on project status, resolved architectural and structural GFC drawing discrepancies, and addressed concerns promptly.
• Maintained detailed records such as material registers (steel, cement, RMC), test registers (e.g., sieve analysis of aggregates), bulkage /silt documentation, and other registers as per CPWD norms; communicated these to clients daily or weekly as required.
• Managed procurement processes for various trades in partnership projects while sourcing contractors and suppliers; ensured quality control through cost comparisons of construction methodologies.
• Conducted site inspections to ensure work progress aligned with technical project specifications and established standards.
• Oversaw the settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Oversaw safety improvement works on the accident-prone stretch between Km 255/650 – Km 259/225 on NH-67.
• Coordinated execution of civil works including shoulder strengthening, widening, and installation of safety measures (signage, crash barriers, road markings).
• Monitored daily progress, managed contractor teams, and reported site activities to senior engineers and clients.
• Successfully completed 4 box culverts within 2 months using a single construction team, through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.
