• Execution of Anchor Bolt fixing in concert column for pre engineering building and prepared an data sheet of Pre and Post casting Anchor Bolt deviation reports.
• Attending project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts and coordinate with site team as same.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues.
• Follow detailed maintenance and operational schedules to complete projects and keep vehicles functioning.
• Developed and coordinated effective preventive and corrective maintenance approaches.
• Frequently diagnosed mechanical problems and determined how to correct issues.
• Providing Jobs specific training and competency check to all division of mechanical supervisors, operators for better knowledge and understanding of mechanical activities at site.

Part of +/-800kV 6000MW Champa-Kurukshetra HVDC Project, Assembly and testing H400 HVDC module in Chennai Factory.

• Successfully completed assembly & testing of 190nos H400 Thyristor valve module within the schedule time.
• Involved in QC inspection in both Phase wise and Final.
• Preparing the Documents of inspection and testing results to get the approval from Stafford team.
• Raising the NCR and observation on the defected members/testing failures and following up to close the concern.
• Enhanced equipment reliability through conducting thorough inspections, identifying issues, and implementing necessary repairs or replacements.
• Involved in safe loading process of material during the loading.
• All Quality & Control measures were put in place to avoid transits damaged.

Part of +/-800kV 6000MW Champa-Kurukshetra HVDC Project, based at Kurukshetra Site and Responsible for Erection, Testing & Commissioning of following Systems:

• HVDC Module on site inspection to ensure the transport damages and guide team to handel and do the necessary preparation for erection works.
• HVAC (which includes sub systems such as AHU (26 nos), Ducting (9000 sqm), Chillers (12 nos), Package AC's (12 nos), Ductable AC's (25 nos), Telepack AC's (12 nos), associated electrical panels, etc.)
• Firefighting (which includes sub systems such as Jockey/Hydrant/Spray Fire Water Pumps (12 nos incl. motor driven & engine driven), Hydrant/Spray piping (12km above & under ground), HVWS System for 28 nos Trafos/Reactors, associated electrical panels, etc.)
• Fire Detection Systems (which includes sub systems such as FDA, VESDA & Arc Detectors (50 nos))
• 1700KVA Diesel Generator - 4 nos (which includes sub systems such as 30m height Chimney, 15KL Underground Diesel Storage Tanks, Battery & Battery Charger, associated electrical panels, etc.)
