Regular quality checks make this alot easier by finding defects and addressing those in a timely manner. Also comunicating with tissue to help them address any problems so they can fix it so we can have better paper.
Move fast: While working as a Comp on shift and days i have been brought many different problems. Mostly machine upsets, and as such i have always done my very best to troubleshoot and solve any problems fast and efficently.
Play to win: While on day shift i was a key part in many break downs on Mft 1 i was apart of replacing sleeve feed guide in the bander, core chuck rebuilds, and fixing a hydraulic leak in both a core chuck and under the calendars. All of which were significant wins in safety and productivity.
Grow our people: Worked hard to check off early to get my proficiency a year early so thta i could get into the comp program. Taken on many second hats: Safety leader, OJT, Quilty leader. Continuously comuitcate with other teams of adjustments to maintian product quality and asset efficiency. I also hand the opportunity to be very hands on with the transition to compressed on multiple Mfts. Completed maintence comp program.
