- Was hired to be the opening Store Manager of a new sampling and retail concept for Yee-Haw Brewing Co. with Tennessee Stud Cider Co.
- After a very successfully 7 months managing the Gatlinburg location I was asked to assist in the opening of a second location in Pigeon Forge, TN, in which I was able to consult with leadership on optimal design for the store.
- Performed all administrative functions for the store. Payroll, scheduling, handling cash discrepancies, liaising with vendors, handling team conflicts, supply ordering, etc.
- Created an Employee Handbook, Training Manual and documented all store policies and procedures.
- Hired, trained and managed a team of 15+ individuals, setting effective store schedules based on forecasted customer levels, individual employee knowledge, and service requirements.
- Tracked trends and suggested enhancements to both challenge and refine company's product offerings and procedures.
