The application for the Honda & GM Dealership boasts a comprehensive end-to-end digitized sales platform, and I am responsible for handling the Form modules.


The Forms module enables dealers to process the vehicle sale process, from booking the vehicle to vehicle delivery. The application also handles various aspects, such as payment types, insurance, accessories, and discounts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiatives to implement specific campaigns for improvements in the Testing Discipline. Identify, plan, and conduct training on various tasks within the team.
  • Track and measure the success of the Testing Discipline to show the value obtained by various Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Test Plans, Status Reports, Defect Reports, and Defect Backlog. Come up with monthly/yearly metrics and projections for the testing team.
  • Collaborate with the development and technical teams to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and functional specifications.
  • Develop detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases to validate software functionalities and user experience.
  • Execute manual tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the software under various scenarios and use cases.
