  • Engage PSL, SCM, to certify that the product source code is free of malicious software by auditing processes, tools, build environments, software delivery methods, etc., from the independent assessors.

Digital enablement program (L2W) - Subcontractor onboarding program.

  • 35,000 individual workers from 1,500 companies were enabled to ensure transparent capability for subcontractor team members delivering site deployment tasks. Eventually, PARU KPI was replaced with a new KPI.

- Rollout Management:

  • Lead 20+ rollout managers responsible for end-to-end rollout of deployment services for North America markets. 2000+ sites supported.

CARE Project Manager:

  • Review CARE KPIs for Radio Network elements, which includes tracking progress, presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, reporting issues, and resolving customer complaints. Handled six customers.
