Contributed to an all-in-one retail store management system, integrating Elasticsearch and NVIDIA Metropolis for surveillance, shoplifting detection, customer behavior analysis, and retail statistics tracking. Developed the Agent UI to monitor in-store activity and guided teammates on best development practices.

Led a team of developers in implementing the back-office system for retail market management. Integrated NVIDIA NeMo framework into the existing solution to enhance AI capabilities. Contributed to improving the heatmap module by adding new features and resolving key inconsistencies.

• •Identified and resolved bugs in various assurance-related mobile applications developed using Ionic and React Native, ensuring a smooth and stable user experience.
• •Managed and maintained the backoffice services behind these apps, overseeing APIs, integrations, and overall service reliability.
• •Built and maintained the recruitment section of the company website using Strapi as a backend, and developed a dynamic survey module to boost user engagement and feedback collection.
• •Contributed to the development of ZC-OAV, a survey-driven web platform designed to intelligently match users with the most relevant assurance offers.
• •Designed and implemented ZC-INVOICE, a robust invoicing system that optimized tracking of contacts, invoices, and payments—enhancing the company’s financial operations.
• •In partnership with a company based in Tunis, contributed to the development of a tender management system (ZC-SIGMAP) by building its frontend, supporting the deployment infrastructure, and producing design mockups. Developed a modular Angular application with highly abstracted and reusable logic to accommodate evolving business requirements with minimal friction.
• •Led training sessions and shared best practices to improve interns’ understanding of the invoicing process.
• •Mentored interns on the importance of code abstraction and guided them in effective time management and decision-making when working on complex systems.
