I was working here steadily helping my boss grow his business he had just started. The reason I quit is because I had moved to Tennessee to seek beter life and job opportunities.

I was working here, working hard, doing everything i was asked of. But when winter rolled around the management decided to cut my hours in half and i have bills so i decided that it was not the environment for me.

This was a good job, but after peak season ended i was still getting triple the amount of work as my peers by still getting paid the same. That didn't sit perfectly with me so i put my 2 weeks in and decided to leave.
