Achievement 2: PFC Neubauer, while assigned 60mm mortar section serving as an assistant gunner experienced his first live fire as a Mortarman in "ABU" Company 1-327th IN. His performance exceeded all expectations for an unexperienced soldier showing resiliency and resourcefulness under pressure.

Achievement 3: PFC Neubauer, being the newest member in the squad has shown a great amount of potential as well as a willingness to learn and perfect his craft since arriving at "ABU" Company 1-327th IN. Since arriving he has displayed competence, intelligence, as well as professionalism showing his dedication to living up to the Army standards as well as the standard of 1-327IN.

Achievement 4: PFC Neubauer since arriving in "ABU" Company 1-327th IN has since enrolled in online classes through the American Military University. He uses his own personal time to take advantage of the unique opportunity presented to better himself, as well as bring new skills and experience to the team as a whole.
