As a Food Runner/Concession Attendant at Regal Cinemas, I was responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. My duties included greeting customers, taking and fulfilling orders, and delivering food and drinks to designated areas quickly and accurately. I also managed inventory, restocked supplies, and maintained cleanliness throughout the concession stand or dining area. With a focus on customer satisfaction, I worked collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience for guests. My role required strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-energy setting.
