- Provide day-to-day IT support across office and stadium environments, assisting with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Manage help desk tickets and end-user support, including Active Directory and Exchange Online account administration.
- Support Dell and Mac device setup, diagnostics, and repair troubleshooting, including Apple device enrollment via MDM solutions.
- Assist with network operations such as wireless access point configuration, SSID setup, VLAN support, firewall access, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Gain exposure to enterprise tools including Cisco Meraki networking solutions and Arctic Wolf while supporting IT operations during live stadium events
