Selected as Leading Petty Officer of NRS Peoria over 3 more senior enlisted sailors, as a result of my leadership I also attained 3 more offices in 3 additional cities Galesburg, Pekin, and Bloomington, IL. With that came 5 additional sailors for a total of 9 sailors under my command. Through that we were earned multiple awards including Overall Small Station of the Year, and an individual award for recruiting the most candidates into the Nuclear Power Engineering Program. I also had the number 1 and 2 ranked recruiter of the year in my office.

Assistant Coordinator, United States Marine Corp Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation, Clarksville, TN, since 2014. Collected and distributed toys to children from over 200 different collection locations in 7 counties. Over 15,000 children have been served. Coordinated fund-raising, processing applications, completing verifications, and coordinating a team of 15+ volunteers., Coordinated and led 2 food and clothing drives collecting over 2,000lbs of food and 500lbs of clothes for Defenders of Freedom Veterans Home in Galesburg, IL.
