5 Years 6 Months- I am a Client Support Analyst with CereCore within HCA. We answer calls that range from doctors, nurses, patients, CEOs, etc. We are a Level 1 Support team. Utilized critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills to address urgent issues for employees requiring immediate access and solutions. I am now on the Epic Service Desk Team within our company. I was the first one to complete my Epic training in Cadence as well. We receive tickets from HCA, Monument, and Ardent employees. I assist doctors, nurses, MyChart patients, Carelink workers, Ensemble workers, etc through a self service portal, phone calls and we troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
