I have 24 years of experience in project execution and management throughout the environmental consulting field. Experience includes all aspects of asbestos, lead-based paint, and industrial hygiene/microbial consulting that encompass survey, assessment, testing, as well as abatement/remediation design, specification generation, and oversight. I currently management clients with in the education sector, including Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Monica Unified School Districts.  I additionally conduct field survey and reporting activities throughout the Southern United States, including, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi and Georgia conduct field activities and project management within the residential, public, and commercial sectors. I have performed a vast number of surveys and assessments for municipalities, developers, lenders, insurance carriers, and industrial clients for a diverse range of properties, including residential and retail communities, commercial high-rises, industrial and warehouse buildings, manufacturing plants, power plants, hotels and military bases. I have also conducted emergency on-site assistance for major insurance carriers in response to flood, fire, and wind catastrophes and disasters. I am well versed in project management within the residential, public, educational and commercial sector, which includes overseeing and training of new hires, managing all aspects of project duties, including generation of proposals, attending bid walks and meetings, scheduling, coordinating, performing field duties, and generation of project deliverables and billing.
