ADS is a web application used for detecting distribution error from customer side, I worked in front end for web creation.

The team is responsible for end to end solutions and services which includes payments focused consulting, business experimentation,

data-driven information and risk management services.

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Created Work orders, Problem investigation, Incident and CRQ’s as per the requirement from customer
• Monitored PCLO, EOP servers and applications
• Worked on monthly analyses of WO, CRQ’s incidents for reporting
• Worked on reclassification on offers
• Worked on generating redemptions files like rebate files
• Worked on billing reports
• Contributed to knowledge management to create/update new or existing SOP
• Monitored the Splunk dashboards, oozie job workflows
• Monitored the failures and worked on it
• Participated in TRT/Bridge calls for critical alert resolution
