Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking new, modified, or upgrade utility services. Prepare drawings, designs, cost estimates and service contracts. Coordinate with contractors, builders, inspectors and internal KUB teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage multiple land development and utility installation projects simultaneously. Advise customers on utility service policies, easements, fees, agreements and programs. Stay up to date on all KUB regulations, safety procedures and standards. Participate in occasional after-hours emergency response and storm restoration efforts.

Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage (up to 23.9kV) distribution lines. Skilled in climbing poles and operating bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line equipment. Experienced in stringing, splicing, terminating, and sagging conductor. Familiar with transformer banking, regulator settings, and capacitor installations. Strong understanding of NEC, NESC, OSHA, and utility company safety standards. Extensive knowledge of electrical safety practices, grounding techniques, and lockout/tagout procedures. Committed to maintaining a zero-incident safety record. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 10/30 certified. Proven ability to work effectively in all weather conditions and on-call rotations. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with foremen, engineers, and crew members. Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and utility maps. Class A CDL holder with a clean driving record.

Design water supply systems including well depth, casing, pump type, and capacity. Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate drilling contractors, pump suppliers, and civil works teams. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and local regulatory standards. Supervise well drilling, borehole development, pump installation, testing, and water well rehabilitation. Conduct water quality testing and system performance evaluations. Train local personnel on basic troubleshooting and servicing.

Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing and roadside assistance. Safely operate tow trucks (flatbed or wheel-lift) to transport disabled or illegally parked vehicles. Provide on-site services such as tire changes, battery jump-starts, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and minor mechanical support. Assess vehicle issues and determine appropriate towing or repair action. Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles for transport. Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including customer information and job completion. Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times. Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of tow trucks and related equipment. Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
