Jeff Allen

With around 5 years of in a construction management position my upbringing and hands on approach has led to a quick understanding and knowledge to be a successful superintendent and project manager. I have built 15+ residential homes from the ground up through warranty. I have managed remodels, renovations, and commercial jobs. I know many of the code inspectors and meet them for their walkthrough. I strive to learn and have insight on how and why something works before I attempt to explain that to others. I enjoy working with subcontractors and I believe most would say the same about myself. I have a strong understanding of each trades responsibilities and methods and am able to do most of their jobs to an extent. I have a strong work ethic and do not require supervision and oversight.
