❖ Show expertise in working with team and independently.

❖ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.

❖ Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.

❖ Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.

❖ Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts,

scissor lifts and EOT cranes[10T,20T] maintenance also.

❖ Comply with company and customer regulations and policies.

❖ Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal

Tool lists.

❖ Handle Lifting jacks 15T&25T&30T Wheel press, wheel Buller, bearing

universal press, Bogie Motorized and wheel turn table…etc.

❖ Handle time accounting complete preventive, Reactive and corrective

maintenance work order.

❖ Allocate work to workmen, monitoring and recording of output.

❖ understand monthly production plan and convert to shift wise plan

❖ Receive material from stores in advance required for shop floor.

❖ Prepare & implement weekly and monthly production schedule to meet

monthly output plan.

❖ To ensure daily recording of output and monitoring of workmen Efficiency.

❖ Planning and organizing production schedules

❖ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
