  • Overall responsibility for full shift production including: (4) supervisors, (5) production lines, (125) total production team members while filling in for manager.
  • Conduct Root cause analysis (5 why) to determine core reason for failures and errors
  • Updated Work Instructions translating key information from Control Plans and PFMEAs into layman terms with relevant additional information for production technicians
  • Manage production KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost and countermeasure any not meeting targets
  • Oversee Training Schedule for new module preparation from pre-production trials through full-scale production
  • Work closely with cross functional team members to implement changes to production floor processes to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
  • Closely monitor manpower and make adjustments to to meet daily GE.
