The General Manager’s primary objective is to cultivate and strengthen both the management team and hourly workforce in order to drive year‑over‑year sales growth and enhance overall profitability. This role is responsible for sustaining high levels of employee engagement and guest satisfaction while upholding the operational integrity, brand standards, and cultural values of the concept.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Achieve or exceed established period budgets, financial targets, and profitability objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with all operational policies, standard procedures, and training protocols for all team members.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply availability while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional initiatives, campaign rollouts, and event preparation.
• Conduct bi‑weekly management meetings to communicate expectations, reinforce operational standards, and drive accountability.
• Audit weekly administrative documentation—including invoices, safe logs, tip‑out reports, daily sales reports (DSR), labor summaries, and all required submissions—to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to office review.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process alongside the Chief Operating Officer (COO) , Controller, and senior management team.
• Review period profit and loss statements (P&Ls) with the management team to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
