Summary

What started in my basement has grown into a nationally distributed, one-of-a-kind basketball training system. I created the SRV Trainer from the ground up and successfully brought it to market through persistence, innovation, and hands-on execution at every stage of the process.

The SRV Trainer is 100% Made in the USA, with 90% of the manufacturing taking place right here in East Tennessee. Not only was I able to manufacture domestically, but I was also able to do it at a lower cost than producing overseas — something many companies struggle to achieve.

From product development and manufacturing to logistics, sales, and distribution, I mastered every step of the process. All of the hard work paid off with the successful launch and nationwide growth of the SRV Trainer.

  • Founded and scaled N.E.M. Sports, a sports equipment company focused on athlete development technology and basketball performance training systems. Invented and commercialized the SRV Trainer, a multifunctional basketball training system integrating shooting, rebounding, and vertical training into a single platform.

Built company operations from concept stage through national commercialization- SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

  • Established sales footprint across more than 40 U.S. states during early-stage operations
  • Successfully sold products into high schools, universities, sports performance facilities, private consumers, and former professional athletes
