Growing up, I frequently visited the salon and became well-acquainted with its culture, operations, and professional standards. Since the age of 12, I have had my hair done there and have been actively involved in discussions and decisions regarding the business. This exposure has provided me with a deep understanding of the professionalism, client relations, and operational aspects essential to a successful salon environment.
