Application Infrastructure Management:

• Planned and executed Agile PLM infra projects such as application installation and migration from Agile PLM 9.2.2.5 to Agile PLM 9.3.3.
• Meticulously planned and executed Weblogic upgrade from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
• Executed upgrades across manufacturing applications such as MSS Valor, Siplace, and Fuji Flexa.

Support Process Management:

• Implemented change control process (CCP) in Agile PLM configuration.
• Auditing the change management for Agile PLM application.
• Defined the RASCI among stakeholders of different enterprise systems.
• Designed forms according to workflows in support platform – Service-now -for Agile PLM.
• Brainstormed internally and decided the scope of L2 support for Agile PLM and handed over L2 support to EGA with necessary trainings.
