• Provide SAP BASIS support during releases and changes, including transport coordination, cutover execution, and post-deployment validation
• Maintain detailed release/change documentation, metrics, and audit evidence
• Lead post-deployment reviews, retrospectives, and RCA with corrective action tracking
• Collaborate with global SAP functional, development, QA, DevOps, and operations teams
• Oversaw change management efforts to support implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process and culture changes.
