Project Location-PhaseII-C4-UG01, Underground metro project, Chennai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (CMRL), Chennai, Tamilnadu.

• Supervised activities of Dwall by using trench cutter method.
• Supervised concreting activities of Dwall
• Ensure the cube casting frequency as per the ITP.
• Pre checking of Reinforcement steel fabrication for Dwall .and coordinate with client for checking
• Frequently check the bentonite properties at site to avoid the collapse of Dwall panel.
• Check the the material whatever received at site as per quality standard.
• Make the MIR(material Inspection Report )and coordinate with client for get the approval.
• Coordinate to site team for Raising and closing of RFI with client.
• Maintain the site level laboratory with properly
• Managed and maintain all site document with properly.
• Raise the internal SOR and NCR for site related activities and coordinate with site team to close it.
• Follow up the external SOR and NCR form client side and coordinate with client to close the SOR and NCR with in the time period.

Project Location-Phase6-UG02,RT-04, Underground metro project, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), Bengaluru, Karnataka.

• Monitored effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule on site as per ITP
• Engaged in preparation of method statement & work procedure of major various activities to be performed during the execution of the project.
• Engaged in guiding the site persons/ gave training to ensure knowledge of quality standards, proper execution of activities as per method statement.
• Engaged in day-to-day Inspection at site ongoing work to check defects/observations if any, and resolve the same to ensure smooth flow of work without hampering the progress.
• Engaged in daily material Inspection and co-ordinate with sub- contractors and supplier/vendors to maintain the quality of materials as per Client's requirement.
• Co-ordinate with Client as well as Site in-charge for work inspection. Engaged in reporting the daily activities to QA/QC in-charge.
• Well-versed in mix design od Concrete & Grout including optimizing Cement and admixture for concrete.
• Managed the operation of the QC lab along with Batching Plant. Monitored testing & reporting of all materials according to standards/approved ITP/Contract document.

Project Location-Construction of six Lanning NH04 pune to satara (725+000 to 769.000), National Highways Authority India(NHAI), Pune,Maharastra.

• Prepare the mix design of concrete, DBM, BC, WMM and GSB for various types of wroks and take the approval from client.
• Do the internal testing for various materials like concrete, DBM, BC, WMM, GSB, soil, Cement, Bitumen, etc.. and coordinate with client.
• Prepared Inspection and Testing Plan, Project Quality Plan as per Contract specification of the project for assuring the quality of materials to be used in the project.
• Supervised the effective implementation of all test & Inspection schedule & ensure adherance to all procedure.
• Reviewed quality related documents of all materials received at site to be used further.
• Engaged in quality related documentation and control for record purpose.
• Monitored day-to-day Material Quality test/Inspection accurately and efficiently.
• coordinate and conducted the Third- party tests for construction materials in NABL Laboratories
