• As a part of Engineering team, the scope of work includes the following:
  
• Working on new Branch/office network deployment projects
• Have experience in assisting on Network BOMs for few deployments.
• This includes understanding the existing infrastructure setup and coming up with suggestions for the new office which includes the right hardware count. license etc.

Document the BOM with supportive network diagrams as needed.

• Work on any High severity user related issues reported which needs support for our operations team or escalations as needed.
  Providing RCA for issues that had an outage/production impact .

At Innova solutions, I was working for Condenast only as client.

• Work on user reported issues/tickets
• Get on daily staus call with our client
• Creating/Initiating Change requests

Was Member of Network support team which provides support and management for various customers
across the globe.

Was part of Juniper Technical Assistance team ( JTAC) responsible for providing all the technical support
for Juniper EX series of Switches.
