· Responsible for provisioning Environments in Azure Cloud and deploying the T24 Core Banking Software and providing three tier architecture which is provisioned under private network.

· Predominantly using resources such as AKS, Application Gateway, SQL DB, Key vault, Azure Storage, Private DNS zones, Virtual machines, Storage accounts and Virtual network

· Providing support to multiple environments accordingly will provide SLA to clients.

· Having Agile Methodologies in place, will create a storyboard and run the sprint until it is completed.

· Will be providing a document for the root cause of a similar type of issue in the future both technically in the infrastructure side and also the application side (T24)

· Deployment of infrastructure services such as AKS, Azure Application Gateway, FrontDoor, KeyVault, SQL Database, etc… using ARM templates.

· Building pipelines to deploy the services to customer infrastructure.

· Creating service connection between azure Devops and azure portal.

· Creating and Maintaining Branching strategy, policy, and security in Azure Repo.

· Troubleshooting pipeline issues while deploying through Azure Pipelines.

· Writing and maintaining IAC code for azure clouds using terraform.

· Troubleshooting AKS related issues such as identifying nodes or containers with high CPU Usage and reviewing the best practices to solve them.

· Application gateway deployment for AKS integrating with nginx and AGIC. Implement CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like Jenkins/PowerShell/Azure Devops.

· Work with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery and deployment of complex solutions.

• Work/support business users to understand issues, develop root cause analysis, and work with team for the development of enhancements/fixes.
• Creating automation scripts in python to help the team in reducing time consumption.
• Set up monitors and dashboards using DataDog.
• Use Jira to track effort and manage sprints.
• Responsible for maintaining performance and setting up monitoring using CloudWatch, DataDog and PagerDuty.
• Triaged production and deployment issues in War room environments .and provided workarounds and solutions.
• Created Bot automation using Err-bot framework.

· Site Reliability Engineer with diverse experience in tools, infrastructure deployment Automation, Configuration Management, automated Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery

· Taking snapshots and recovering affected Instances from Snapshots.
