• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and create customized packaging solutions to meet their needs
• Homologation, deployment and installation of software applications across all company devices.
• Involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to application packaging, SCCM and INTUNE deployment.
• Lead the packaging and deployment of many business-critical applications across a 10,0000+ user environment using SCCM/INTUNE and Admin Studio.
• Use tools like InstallShield, AdminStudio, and PSADT to create installation packages (MSI, EXE) for software applications.
• Develop custom scripts and transforms (MST) to tailor installations according to organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams to deploy packaged applications via software distribution systems like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or other deployment tools.
• Monitor deployment processes to ensure successful installation across all targeted devices.
• Provide post-deployment support to address any issues that arise during or after rollout.
• Work closely with software vendors, developers, and system administrators to gather application requirements and packaging specifications.
• Communicate with business units to understand their needs and ensure packaged applications meet their operational requirements.
• Provide support for issues related to application installations and deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve conflicts or compatibility issues between applications and operating system
• Worked on Change requests, Mass Rollouts

• Worked closely with Developers to understand their requirements and create customized packaging solutions to meet their needs.

• Involved in QA of packaged applications and delivering withing SLA
• Used Tools like InstallShield, Visual Studio for packaging the Software through creating Custom Actions, creating prerequisite files and implementing in ISM files.
• Creating scripts to enhance user experience during Software Installation and Uninstallation.

Created packages as per client requirement for a large-scale Windows environment.

• Setup Capture using Admin studio Install Shield 2011,2012,2015, wise packaging studio 8.0
• Customizing vendor base MSI with Wise Packaging Studio, Installshield
• Troubleshooting package related issues using various tools such as Orca, Procmon, Regmon, PictureTaker, Installrite etc
• Packaging the application and Quality Checking
• Creating PRF, involved in SLS activities, creating media validations, done peer reviews
• Support multiple customers as a factory model
• Delivering the applications with quality and within SLA
• Coordinate with vendors for application upgrades, patches, and any necessary support escalations.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Work with developers or vendors to resolve complex problems that require code fixes or configuration changes.
• Document and maintain knowledge bases for known issues and their resolutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to higher support levels if necessary. Known issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
