These projects were completed using Agile, or Waterfall methodologies or a hybrid of both to ensure that project milestones were met on time.


Worked directly with software development teams using KanBan tracking programs to ensure work was moving through the software development life cycle in a timely manner. This included bi-weekly stand up meetings to ensure work was completed on time for each stage of the life cycle.




Worked directly with stakeholders, charter sponsors, and cross functional teams to determine WBS for specific deliverables and associated task. Once this information was determined,based the RFP and SOW, I created executive summaries, and presentation decks using PowerPoint, Visio, and other tools to present this information in a logical progress manner for upper management.

In leading multiple projects simultaneously, regular meetings with all of the teams impacted by the project were held. Only the required teams were included on necessary communications utilizing emails, team meetings or instant messaging communication programs such as office teams. Leadership, project sponsors, and all impacted internal and external teams were updated using these tools as required.

For every project risk management, mitigation strategies, issue resolution and task dependency tracking were logged meticulously. This helps keep the project moving and alerts all teams when the project may be reaching a change in health designatednated by colors of green, yellow and red.


I have experience using mutiple tools to monitor project status. Smartsheets, MS Project, Jira, as well as the full suite of MS Office tools.

During the implementation of Walmart, Kraft-Heinz, and Fidelity Investments, I prepared a weekly executive summary that was sent directly to the CIO, SVP of IT, and the Senior Director of IT. This summary included high level statuses of green, yellow or red along any risk, mitigations, client temputure, and budget chanllenges.


During my tenor at Accredo Health, Medco PBM, Express PBM, and Sedgwick CMS, understanding regulatory compliance guidelines for HIPAA/HITECH,CMS,HHS and the OIG.


During my work as Sr. ITPM, I worked on implementing software that was utilized for clinical evaluations, storing required documentation in SIRS a document repository for sign offs from clinicians, to patient, insurance provider, completing full authorization in an automated environment. These EMR/EHR systems are vital to regulatory compliance and also allow patient, clinician, and insurer to access the needed documentation to deliver comprehensive care.


Every implementation involved coordination with call center, customer service, and contact center systems, such as call routing trees, and interactive phone lines.

During my tenure at each PBM and Sedgwick CMS I worked with Dr's of Pharmacy and other clinicians to ensure the systems they utilized were user friendly as part of our standard UAT testing.
