  • I look over every detail of the application, including the spelling of everything and amounts of income and rent
  • Once finished we will either pass or fail, notate as to why and put into correct status for the next team to pick up, such as the payment team
  • If there is any information incorrect, we will notate the corrections needed and send over for the fix

  • Go to each patient room and open blinds, curtains and turn TVs and radios on if preferred
  • Let the residents know what activities are going for the day
  • Answer call lights if needed while in rooms
  • Get items prepared for all activities for the day, if not already done from the day before

  • Take specific residents outside to gazebo three times daily
