Work History

Aircraft Accident Investigator

FDX ALPA
03.2024 - Current

-Completed all ALPA Accident Investigator Courses 2024

-As a long-time instructor in a 121 training environment, I've developed a vast understanding of aircraft systems and the human interaction with them.

- My Human Factors facilitation and course development allowed me to serve on several key projects within my airline

-Selected as the Human Factors lead on a UAS Task Force. Our team of twelve took three aircraft incidents and investigated them as though they were hull loses. We produced a Senior Leadership paper on these and made recommendations to all aspects of our airline.

-The Task Force became a Flight Path Working Group and grew to fifteen representatives from all fleets. This group oversaw the Task Force suggestions into the airline operation. The CRM
portion of all of these changes became my responsibility to develop training and implement into the curriculum and Operations Manual.

-Currently Vice Chair for FDX ALPA Safety Team with focused work in the ASAP, FOQA and LOSA Programs.
