• The Tissue Recovery Technician is responsible for using aseptic techniques to assist and/or to perform the recovery of post- mortem human tissue including bone, connective tissue, skin, heart for heart valves, and/or veins to ensure safe grafts for transplantation
• Obtains patient medical records as required
• Ensures effective and positive communications are maintained with hospital staff, ME/Coroners, Tissue Banks, OPOs, and Funeral homes
• Assists Quality Systems in conduct of periodic internal audits; assists Community Outreach and Hospital Development with projects and training
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Surgical recovery of transplant and research donor tissue
• Review of donor medical charts
• Package and ship eye tissue
• Perform laboratory duties

Obtains adequate blood samples, (pre- and/or post-mortem) for infectious disease testing

• Planned retail settings with Cydcor LLC
• Highlighted promotions and brand management
• Developed sales and marketing skills & strategies with third party representatives
• Searched and acquired new acquisition and talent
• Scheduling: Scheduling onboarding tasks, such as interviews, and new employee meetings and orientation
• Preparing employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents
• Communication: Managing communications including answering incoming calls and emails
• Records: Organizing HR records and maintaining employee confidentiality
• Recruit and hire new application
• Train new recruits on face to face sales

• Responsible for the recovery of the human eye tissue for transplant or research
• Participates in collections of the necessary medical, behavioral, laboratory and other data to ensure quality donor tissue
• Travel to location of the donor
• Review donors paper work which includes medical records according to EBAA medical standards FBA regulations
• Time out with the donor
• Perform a physical assessment on the donor
• Obtain adequate blood samples
• Adhere to any Medical examiner request or restrictions while following the SOP
• Perform donor restoration
• Perform all required documentation in a thorough matter
