Technical Manager over the entire facility, performing repairs and continuous preventative maintenance on: Arcade games, kitchen equipment, beverage fountain, restrooms, HVACR, POS/kiosk systems and any general issue with the store. I communicated with multiple manufacturers on troubleshooting, ordering parts, and service calls.

As the Arcade Technician, I performed repairs/preventative maintenance on bumper cars, laser tag, arcade games, and our POS systems.

I Worked as an arcade attendant that ran the sales counter, redemption counter, Lasertag, and BumperCars. I also shadowed the current game tech at the time to gain experience.
