As a multi department supervisor i ensured compliance within customer service and e-commence operations! supervising/managing 10+ team members (cashiers) within customer service and 8+ In Store Shoppers within e-commerce during a shift! but overall i managed 33 team members with both departments combined , i fostered high team morale, positive customer engagement, positive reinforcements and growth and development. I handled all performance conversations that resulted in improvement in metrics and team member behavior, i also ensured i had strong documentation skills and proficiency in excel and microsoft word! i handled cash office as well and that includes ordering change and safe deposit pickup with brinks as a bank partner. I was also in charge of supplies ordering and managing a budget of 16k a month with balancing customers needs with budget limits. Made Hiring decisions ensuring the right talent for the role was selected and meeting hiring goals! also screening employees and interviewing possible candidates. I oversaw all trainings alongside my team trainer to also meet training goals. I effectively managed policy and decoded policy alongside my store mangers to help employees better understand. ensured operational efficiency through workload planning as well.

As a Service Advocate at target I was cross trained team member with a special focus in exchanges and returns where I utilized problem solving skills, cash handling, co-leading, customer facing problem handling, workload planning, handling of high volume amounts of cash/merchandise, key holder, closing procedures, opening procedures.

As a fulfillment associate i was responsible for picking and packing while maintaining a high uph (UNITS PER HOUR) which contributed to a high performing facility in the region.

My time as a fulfillment expert taught me hands on knowledge regarding expensive machines and how to troubleshoot them, the machines were responsible for dispensing 200+ customers medicine an hour while i monitored them ensuring the machines didn't fail so we could keep up with customer demand.
