I am a First Generation college student in route to finishing my bachelors degree in criminal justice in the summer of 2025. During my time in college I have been apart of the Pellissippi State Criminal Justice Club and worked various events with the FBI's local office and agencies in various different ways. Not only this but with my time at the District Attorneys office I was granted special permission to work with various law enforcement agencies and see the inner-workings of our legal system. This gave on hand experience in many aspects and even investigation with he medical examiners office. During my time with Austin Peay I have maintained full time employment at Home Depot allowing me to make income and work towards my goal of a degree in criminal justice which I hope to use to help those who truly need it.
Learned about roles of Assistant District Attorneys and roles within the office.
Observed trials and courtroom procedures.
Partnered and worked with various law enforcement agencies to learn about job experiences.
