- New model J engine major parts machining cells capacity 3000 Nos per day proved with required quality parameters as a team by using 250 CNC & 100 SPM machines at RE. (Crankcase -6 Cells,Crankshaft-6 cells,Cylinder head-6 cells,Cylinder barrel-3 cells & Covers -3 cells).
- Supervised team of 20 staff members,150 Employees & 200 Neem people at RE
- Proved more than 7 turnkey projects at(Delphi TVS,SFL,JKM,PMI) when i was a application engineer.
- Collaborated with team we developed one model cell machine tending automation by using ABB Robots at RE.
