Manage the VWGoA Compliance Management System, including reporting to leadership, localization for Chattanooga production, and alignment with regulatory requirements and Group minimum standards.
Lead a team of compliance specialists, providing performance guidance for activities regarding the Code of Conduct, policy management, anti-corruption, whistleblower system, compliance communications, training curriculum development, and business and human rights.
Provide compliance consultation to management and employees in corporate functions and production & logistics regarding anti-corruption, potential conflict of interest, and Code of Conduct violations.

Design and manage the compliance training and communication concept, tailored to provide relevant information to all employees or targeted functions based upon risk assessment and individual delivery channels for top leadership, management, salaried employees, and production team members.
Manage compliance principles and KPI target achievement for procedures regarding Anti-Money Laundering, including local jurisdiction coordination, and Conflict of Interest, including the design and enforcement of the gifts and entertainment policy and the VWGoA Ethics Committee.
Design and steer a supply chain compliance monitoring program in response to U.S. and German regulation, driving new process implementation and resulting in over 30 individual supplier reviews in 2024.
